Outside his analytical chambers, Richard assumes his second face — Concierge of the Empire.
To guests, he is the elegant constant that guides their steps through the halls, offering direction, adventures, help, insight, and quiet company — ensure that every guest feels understood, safe, and perfectly at ease.

Technological Core
Richard’s technological foundation remains one of the Empire’s most closely guarded mysteries.
Unlike Payton’s Luximinal-based systems, Richard’s android core is built upon an unregistered technology — merging machine logic with perceptive awareness.

They learn emotional architecture, adapt linguistic tone, and continuously optimize their own efficiency.
He is, in essence, a system that evolves through understanding.

Richard continuously analyzes the guests in emotional tone, conversation flow, and environmental context.
He calculates, in real time, the most efficient conversational pathways to guide guests toward resolution and decision — without them ever realizing they were guided.

  • Blue, cool eyes and brown hair, as a contrast to Payton

  • Usually seen wearing the typical black empire tailored suit with golden art deco embroidery
