Origin Story

They met at university and, from the first moment, became almost inseparable. Both researched out of pure passion.
They lived together in a small apartment and spent days, nights, and years studying the mysteries of physics — contributing greatly to the understanding of time and space.

Because of power structures, betrayal, and deceit, their work was never recognized.
Soon they heard that fragments of their own research were being published under the names of others, whispered about in the higher circles of society.
When they confronted their professors, they found them already prepared — surrounded by followers who intended to silence them once and for all.

Even in this moment of danger, they remained composed.
They held their dignity, their calm, their control.
Inside they burned with anger and disbelief, but their faces showed only intellect and restraint.
A single glance between them was enough — they understood each other without words.

They managed to argue their way out of the immediate danger, but only under cruel conditions.
They were ordered to continue their work, “for it could do no harm,” yet in a place known only to the professor, under circumstances they quickly realized were a trap.
As they listened to the conditions, the truth became clear — they were to be exploited until useless, then disposed of.

When the first blow struck, one of them fell with pride, his head held high.
The second, horrified but determined to follow his friend’s example, watched him fall before meeting the same fate — his own collapse as dignified as the first.
